Facilitation

Jacey designs and facilitates corporate retreats for different objectives, including team building, strategic planning, work planning, change management, and lessons learned/after action reviews. She also teaches facilitation skills through training of trainers’ courses. She considers facilitation an art and the ultimate exercise in multi-tasking; requiring listening, entertaining, empathizing, organizing, managing dissent, and encouraging action – sometimes all at once!

Training Delivery

Jacey leads management and leadership seminars on transitioning to supervisor, facilitation skills, performance management, time management, creative problem solving, and effective delegation. She also co-facilitates USAID’s Introduction to the Program Cycle course, which is part of the World Wide Training’s suite of courses.

Conducting/Writing Organizational Assessments

Jacey writes many organizational assessments as part of the training needs assessment process and for post-retreat follow-up. While she is keen to identify challenges and their root causes through her research, she emphasizes the spectrum of potential performance solutions as well.

Coaching for Presentations

Jacey works with individuals and teams to maximize their public speaking skills, work through presentation blocks, foster a one-team approach, and ensure client responsiveness (if the presentation is procurement-focused). She is particularly rewarded when a client with a fear of public speaking ultimately surmounts their fear.
